Kassem began his career with the Movenpick Hotels and Resorts in Sharm El Sheikh, upon succeeding he moved on to Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh, to work also in the Food & Beverage The following step when he start with Four Seasons Cairo at the First Residence where the idea of Butler service start, and he get Employee of the month with the first three months of employed by Four Seasons

Then he moved to Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay the first Kempinski hotel in Egypt to be part of the pre opening team, where also he transfers form Food & Beverage to Rooms department to work in the Front Office in the Time was Fairmont Hotels are opening the second hotel in Egypt Fairmont Nile City Mohammed got the chance to start work with the pre opening team as Gold Butler, what makes him one of the first Butlers team in all Egypt, where he was trained as Butler by CLARENCE MCLEOED Fairmont Gold worldwide Director and one of the most professional Butlers in the world,  Mohammed became the Fairmont Gold first Butlers Trainers, and first nominated as Star of the month from the Fairmont Gold Team 

Mohammed also moved on to becoming the Head Wooster “Head Butler” and first Butler in W Hotels by working at the W Hotel Doha, in the place where he was a Butler for Ronald K. Noble, Kevin Spacey, Alain Ducasse, Kate Moss, Dylan Jones, Lord Denman, Vincent Cassel, Sergio Ramos, Dagmar P Heinke, Sheamus WWE, and many names from the Royal Family’s and celebrities in the world [ readmore]
