To my fellow Butlers, aspiring Butlers and my peers in quest of continuous improvement, welcome to the Bouteillier Seriesand Nanny Couture at Azuridge Estate Hotel. These training programs are an extension of my lifelong quest to achieve exceptional service in the hospitality industry and will allow me to share my knowledge, experience and best practices with individuals that are equally passionate about outstanding service.
I have been fortunate to have had a remarkable twenty-five year career with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where my most recent role was the Corporate Director of Fairmont Gold. In this capacity, my span of control included the Butlers for the brand. During my tenure I was instrumental in establishing Butler departments in iconic hotels such as the Savoy London, The Peace Hotel Shanghai,Fairmont Beijing, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Abu Dhabi, Fairmont Palm Dubai, Fairmont Jaipur India, Fairmont Royal Pavillion in Barbados, Fairmont Makkah Clock Tower Saudi Arabia and Fairmont Pacific Rim Vancouver to name a few. This feat included the creation of standard operating procedures and the training of all Butlers.
My experience is enhanced by the many times I have been in service to Royal families, celebrities and many discerning guests. In addition, my posting at The Fairmont Washington DC allowed me to fine tune my skills related to etiquette and protocol ,while hosting worldwide Heads of State.
My team of Butlers and I would like to invite you to the Azuridge Estate our “gem” embedded in the foothills outside of Calgary, Alberta, for an exceptional training experience and elevated program found no where else in Canada.
